Merry Christmas to you and your family! I am enjoying my first Christmas, but mostly just chewing on the wrapping paper. Yesterday, we went last minute to Alderwood Mall to visit Santa (actually Mama wanted to vist Daiso) and I was a champ! That guy doesn't scare me at all! Maybe next year...

Happy Anniversary

Today would have been Grandma and Grandpa's 50th Wedding Anniversary. We went to the Zoo to visit their bench and we left five red roses, one for each of their children. Grandpa always gave red long stem roses to Grandma. Remember to tell me about them whenever you can so I will remember them too.

Post Swim Lesson Burnout

Whew. I love my swimming lessons. I like splashing and 'listening to fish'. I think Papa likes my swimming lessons because I sleep all afternoon.

Papa left me in the crib to play for a few minutes this morning and he caught me standing for the first time. I'm so proud of myself. Next, its diving out of the crib for me.

Uncle Foogie and Auntie Barbara came to have day-after-Thanksgiving dinner with us at A. Marnie and U. Butch's. Megan and Renato and the Chows were there too! We all had a great time.

Our neighbor Russ put up a giant inflatable turkey in his yard. It was so cool, Papa and I had to take a picture with him. 

Winter, Anyone?

I'm ready for winter! Grandma sent me this cute hat and gloves set. Notice I already got rid of those pesky handwarmers. And Mama got me comfy fleece fussyboy shoes that I can't pull off.

No More Candy?

I don't have any candy from Halloween, so I've started on my Beanie tag. This was a very nice gift from Grandma Hide. His name is Hocus and he has a pumpkin stuck to his chest and his spider friend on top of his head...

Uncle Bruce, Auntie Mel and Chloe were visiting from California this weekend, and they treated us to a delicious dinner at BCD Tofu House. It was a little bit of a wait but oh, so good. Or at least that's what the big folks said. I had rice cereal. Again. Phoo. I can't wait until I can eat the gut-burning stuff! It smelled so good.

Banzai!

Grandma T. and Aunty Joyce B. taught me "Banzai!" so that's one of my favorite things to do now. Here I'm raising the roof with my good buddy Georg the Giraffe.

My Chariot Awaits

My bike trailer finally came...not sure what kind of feedback Papa's gonna leave on Ebay after about a month of waiting. It's a bike trailer AND stroller...wooha! Unfortunately I'm supposed to wait until I'm 12 months to officially ride. I think there's room for a beagle or two in here, no?

Where the Wild Thing Is

I have this problem, all my hats are too small. Mama goes to buy a 6-12 month, too small, 12-18 month, too small. So she gave up and measured my head and made me a custom hat. It turned out sorta like a green Pikachu or like Max, from "Where the Wild Things Are"

Peekaboo!

One of my favorite games right now is the old favorite, "Peek-a-boo!" I'm even getting to play "hide Papa" and "hide Mama".

Today I tried my first frozen peas. They were pretty good, but I had a bit of a time trying to stop them from rolling around on my tray.
