Today was a beautiful sunny day. Papa had the day off and took me to make some sand castles at Madison Park beach. I decorated them with 'clam shells and green berries', or so I told Mama. She was just relieved the naked people apparently don't hang out there any more. I had so much fun, I fell asleep in my lunch when I got home.
I had a great 'Wonder Pets' birthday party at the Northgate Community Center. We had Spam musubi, weenie in a blanket, mac n cheese, jello, strawberries...all my favorites. I really wanted party hats too. I don't think anyone else did, but that's ok, it was my party. I even wore my cape the whole time. Papa made an awesome Fly Boat cake too.
